Dedham Youth Hockey Midget Hockey Registration

Players born in 1995, 1996, 1997 or 1998 are eligable. The cost is $375 per player, goalies are $200. The season runs from September till early November. All games are played on the weekend. Checks shuld be made out to Dedham Youth Hockey and mailed to 115 Whitehall St., Dedham, MA 02026. If anyone has any questions please email .

Dedham Youth Hockey Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Lakeville Country Club, Lakeville, MA
$475 per team / $125 per individual

Golf fee includes greens fee, cart, and dinner.

Check in from 11:15 – 12:15pm

Dinner immediately following golf at the Lakeville Country Club

Scramble format, open to everyone! Make your own foursome (recommended),
indicate team captain or team name or sign up as individual and be placed on a team.
